At CottonClaws, we focus on delivering premium streetwear with strict quality standards. Since our products are often part of limited drops and exclusive collections, we currently do not offer refunds or returns for monetary reimbursement.
However, we do offer size exchanges and replacements under the conditions mentioned below.
1. No Refund Policy
- All purchases made on CottonClaws are non-refundable.
- We do not provide cash refunds, bank refunds, or payment reversals once an order has been successfully placed and delivered.
Please review sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Wrong size received
- Size replacement request
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Incorrect item delivered
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available
Products failing quality checks after return pickup may not qualify for exchange.
3. Size Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable:
- Store credit may be provided, or
- You may choose another available product of equal value
Exchange requests can only be made once per order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup if service is available in your location.
- After the returned product passes inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.
Processing timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
- Customized or personalized items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
