Return & Refund Policy

At CottonClaws, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

Items showing signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Limited edition or exclusive drops
  • Innerwear/accessories (if applicable)
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
